Our east west blue topaz and diamond necklace is stunning with approximately 20.5 cts blue topaz and 3 (3 X 5mm) diamonds handcrafted in 14K or 18K yellow, rose, or white gold. This necklace was designed by our designer with the two diamonds representing her twin daughters and the single diamond representing her son. You can use the diamonds to represent your children, a loved one, even a pet, or a special memorable moment.
